Delivery Schedule We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays/Saturdays and UAE Public Holidays. The delivery dates may be extended for any cause beyond ResortRunway.com’s control making it impossible to meet contractual performance deadlines. In no circumstance shall a delay of delivery be deemed to justify the termination or cancellation of an order.
Important Delivery Information
- A valid signature of the original buyer is required upon the receipt of the shipment.
- ResortRunway.com insure all packages in transit to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. This applies for shipments to UAE only and purchases above 100 USD. For all other shipments please contact your chosen courier regarding their insurance policy. Once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by ResortRunway.com.
- Our trusted shipping partners are Aramex to the UAE & Middle East and FedEx for worldwide.
- Estimated delivery schedule should be referred to as a guide only and the timeline for delivery will commence from the date of dispatch.
- ResortRunway.com is not accountable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE Customer satisfaction is at the helm of operations at ResortRunway.com. While we hope that you are always having a pleasurable online shopping experience with us, however in any such case that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased merchandize, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange. This exchange is subject to 7 days validity only, after you receive your product(s).
We would like to highlight that in order to receive a refund or exchange; the purchased merchandize should be compliant to the following:
- Unworn and in perfect condition, this means that there are no marks on the item or any wear & tear on the tags. As per ResortRunway.com standards we completely avoid sale of used items and will not accept any item that indicates as used.
- With all the labels attached and to be returned in the original packaging.
- Keeping intact and inclusive any such designer packaging like authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags upon return.
- In the wake of a refund, the same will be processed through the original mode of payment only.
- Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over under garment. In case the protection strip has been removed the merchandize will not be applicable for return.
- Shoes should be tried on a soft or carpet surface only.
- Please ensure that while returning the package its condition is presented in the same way as it was delivered, and by the same courier company.
- ResortRunway.com is not responsible for any item that is returned not in compliance to the above mentioned return policy.

If you require an exchange on your product(s), then such a request will be processed if and only if the reason for exchange is the size of the merchandize.
In this case please email us at email@example.com.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org who will issue you with a RAN (Return Authorization Number), once you specify the new size you require. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or an item of a different category, we suggest that you return the originally purchased merchandize, receive a refund and then purchase the new item separately.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment card and will not incur and shipping costs.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through ResortRunway.com . Please note that all exchanges are subject to the same customs procedures as were necessary during initial purchase, therefore are applicable for duty and tax again.
